Second Day as a Vegan

Woah, it’s been TWO whole days already! For the past two days I’ve been reading and watching documentaries about Veganism.

I have been learning to better comprehend the vegetarian labelling guides. And let’s just say that for a Vegan Starter, I am picking up faster than I imagined. So far, the only thing I have been struggling with is my darn cooking. As much as I read recipes online and watch YouTube videos nothing seems to work out. It kind of makes me want to cry and give up. Then again I remind myself that I will get better with time.

Today’s my third day on this adventurous journey, I am literally eating oatmeal as I write this post. Since I’m not able to post a “meal selfie” I will just share it here instead.

Wait a minute, why is my front tooth aching? Please don’t fail me!!! I need you more than ever… Anyway back to the subject, I am craving a large vegan pizza with spinach and kale. Omg, that sounds delicious. I really need to start exploring more vegan places in my area.

Let’s talk about HUMMUS… I tried it, I tasted it and I hated it! Geez, I was really excited about the famous Sabra Dip. Yet, for my liking it had many different flavors. I will continue to try other dipping sauces or even prep my own from scratch. So tell me what are your meals like?
